The six-minute video highlights everything from the movers-and-shakers of 2013, such as Pope Francis, Edward Snowden, Jennifer Lawrence and Malala Yousafzai to those who died this year, including Nelson Mandela and Paul Walker. The video also focuses on several tragic events like the Boston Marathon bombing, the crash of Asiana flight 214 in San Francisco and the typhoon in the Philippines.



No blockbuster movie comes close to the real thing.

Rainy Season 2013 Started in Thailand.

Heavy rainstorms in the North and the Central Plains over the weekend resulted in two deaths and two injuries, along with severe property damage.

The weather bureau reported that a strong western monsoon coupled with a southeasterly wind from the South China Sea will bring thunderstorms to provinces in the North, Northeast, East and Central Plains during the next few days.

Pattaya International Fashion Week, 5th - 7th April 2013

This year’s event runs from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th April. Over 20 shows and 50 models will showcase Thai and International brands in 2 stages. Fashion Chic stage at Central Festival Pattaya and sexy beach wear at Royal Garden Plaza. Opening and award ceremony will take place at 7pm on Friday the 5th.

Video of Burapa Bike Week Bike procession

The procession is a bit disjointed on the vid as it was shot on Sukhumvit when the bikes were all racing to get the start point and group up for the procession through Pattaya. The bikes shown are just a small number of the bikes on view at Silverlake.



Re the new venue for Bike Week, it was well organised/marshalled and covered a massive area. If I had a gripe it would be the 5km detour we had to take around the back of the lake on broken roads and dirt tracks to get to the parking site for cars. If it's at Silverlake next year, I hope they improve access for cars.
