Okay, I lied, but this is not really a post. Just a few photos taken around town late in the afternoon today, (mostly Soi 7 / 8) and showing bars already playing to full houses and balloons going up for tonight's festivities.
Pattaya on an off day is party town so I'm not sure what words you would use to describe it on New Year's Eve. Sodom and Gomorrah like is the best I can do.
