MOTORCYCLES.
It's great to take an early morning stroll down the Beach Road but it appears the area reserved for pedestrians is now a motor cycle track. A couple of these guys were really moving which makes it high risk for kids walking/playing in an area. Come on City Hall, clean it up.
These photos were all taken in a 30min period starting around 8.30am today.
