Wet or dry today?
Thai Anxiety have blogged that Pattaya bars have been notified in writing to observe Saturday 5th December as a dry day in honour of the King's birthday. They also point out that the same happened last year and was pretty much ignored by the bars. We'll soon know if it's the same this year!!!
