A preliminary meeting was held at Pattaya City Hall Wednesday to announce the scheduling of the Pattaya Halloween Festival 2010. Funding for the event was announced at approximately Bt6 million.The Pattaya Halloween Festival 2010 will be held along Pattaya’s Beach Road over the 30th-31st of October. Further details of events and activities planned for the festival will be release closer to the event.
