Tiger Woods holds a press conference for the world cause he got caught cheating. Amazing. Do people really care that much? The best bit of the conference was the shot of his mother and mother-in-law, (I think), sitting on the front row with rolling pins. Hope the papparzzi got a shot of that for the morning papers.
Now if George Bush or Tony Blair want to apologise then I'm all ears but a top golfer for infidelity, they're having a lark surely. Before anybody says, "well you watched it", my answer is it was difficult not to with the coverage it received.
What I did get from the P.C. was the feeling that Woods truly believes he is special. Obviously not been in the real world for a while.
One final comment. He'd over rehearsed. It came across as a performance rather than something he truly felt, something from his heart. His contrition and anger were false. Maybe it's difficult to be sincere in a pantomime.
