Water chuckers were out in force today on Pattaya 2nd Road and nobody appeared to be safe. PVC pipes were openly in use even though they are normally banned by the BIB. 
To think this could go on for the next 7 days. One day I enjoy but SEVEN. Arghhhhhhhhhhh.
