On 2nd Road, near Pattayaland, a banner has been strung across the road proclaiming "Cowboys and Indians at Pattaya City". What's that all about then. Maybe it's a convention for Scousers and tailors!!!!
I know, it's politically incorrect to stereotype but it's all I've got to fall back on when I don't know what going on. Would anybody like to enlighten me!!!
