New Motorway to Central Pattaya Almost Finished

The new motorway from the Regent's School on Route 36 to Sukhumvit between Central and North Pattaya roads is almost complete. The bridge over the railway is in place, (needs more work), so once the flyover is finished on Sukhumvit the road should be good to go.

In bypassing Naklua the new road should knock 20mins off a trip to the Airport, Bangkok or golf courses to the north of Pattaya. Yes, please.

Although not officially opened, you can get on the road at Naklua and it's only minutes to the Regent's from there. Word of caution though. As the road is not officially opened you get cars travelling in both directions on both sides of the motoway. I wouldn't recommend usng it at night!!!
