Pattaya Beach Road, New Lane, 2013
The Rag's sometime roving reporter, Andy P, sent in an update on the progress being made with the new lane for the Beach Road.
Andy reports that the lane is in place from the Dusit Hotel to Soi 3. Clearly, the promenade will take much longer.
